Sabores de España: Viva Madrid

Spanish culture has brought so much influence to Filipinos that it somehow became part of us. When we hear the words Spanish FOOD, we rejoice like it’s our own. Who would pass up on Spain’s Jamón serrano? That’s something equivalent to Lechon!

Marco Polo is known for their exquisite culinary, one that is deemed the best in Cebu. Living up to that reputation, they have just launched their latest buffet spread as part of their Culinary Journeys series, Sabores de España: Viva Madrid!

Celebrate with them as they serve the best of Spanish food only until April 10…from famous starters and entrées: Tortilla de Patatas, Paella Valenciana, Callos a la Madrilena, Robo de Toro and Jamon Serrano to their desserts: Canonigo, Torta de Melocoton en Arnibal and Turron de Almandras. Then there’s my favorite part, the beer and cocktails: Sangria, Mai-Cerveza, Cerveza Rojo, Melon Beer and of course, SPANISH COFFEE (Caps Lock para intense!)
