Knots and Bolts

In the quest to put together an outfit for Cebu Fashion Bloggers‘ 8th Anniversary with the theme Whites and Neutrals, grabbing some trendy fashion ideas while referring to basic rules would be the goal.

Inarguably, the main stars of the season are ruffles and knots. Speaking of the latter, I’m currently obsessed with my knotted tee. This white tshirt is meant to make a statement without the need for elaborate embellishments and such. Luckily, it matches perfectly with my laid-back pants and sneakers duo. Subtle shades of pink played their part in putting together this foolproof ensemble. The clean aesthetic lays the foundation of my visioned casual and contemporary getup. It’s all about matching trends with the basic rules, much like learning the nuts and bolts of getting dressed…or shall I say KNOTS and bolts?
