F21 Upgrades Your Style with the First Style Insider in Cebu

As if finding everything you love at Forever 21 isn’t enough bliss, the California-based fashion giant introduces another reason to be happy!

On June 8, F21 launched the Style Insider service in Cebu, another first of its kind. It is an all-inclusive personal styling and shopping service that assists shoppers in choosing the right cuts, colors and sizes. As a regular shopper at F21, I do have my own struggles in choosing the most flattering styles for my body. It’s a common problem we face because of the conflict between what’s trendy and what defines you. With the help of Forever 21’s in-house stylists, it is easier to choose pieces that accentuate and enhance your body aside from being fashionable.

Next time you hit the mall, don’t hesitate to try the service yourself. Refer to this simple guide:
1.) It starts with a personal consultation. The stylist asks what you are looking for and you can also ask them for suggestions.
2.) Your stylist will create a Style Prescription by outlining your body type. He/she will match cuts and fits according to your body shape.
3.) It is followed by curating from F21’s massive collection to suit the prescription.

From there, you now know what best flatters your body so that every time you shop, you can be more confident about your picks…Or you can consult them again!

Apart from the launch, Forever 21 Philippines invited local fashion icons and bloggers to help relay the gist of the Style Insider through putting together fashion pieces. Fashion blogger, Kym Maitland-Smith of @kmaitlandsmith and the styling team, Blaq Mafia, composed of Ching Villar, Axel Que and Edward James Castro, each styled a 10-piece capsule collection that are now displayed in stores. At the launch, they also presented a full outfit idea based on their picks.

Cebu Fashion Blogges Jean Yu of lifeonaflavoredrunway.com and Toni Pino-Oca of perfumedredshoes.com, and Lance de Ocampo of lancedeocampo.com were among the bloggers who pieced together stylish outfits from F21’s latest collection.

It was definitely a night to remember not only because of the bunch of styling tips I learned from the said bloggers and stylists; I too got my share of exciting moment as I won ‘Best Dressed’ for the evening together with Bee Urgello!! ^_^ My loyalty to this brand has truly paid off that night!
